Situated down a quiet private drive overlooking Kaitoke Bay, this one bedroomed apartment is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Raglan and the town Beach, and a five minute drive from the surfing beaches.  It is ideal for one or two couples.

FACILITIES AND AMENITIES:
Sleeps 4- 5. Main Bedroom, Queen bed.  Lounge has King Single bed with pop-up trundle bed (converts to King Bed or can be left as two singles).  Lounge is roomy with ranchsliders opening onto a deck which has an outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ.

Kitchenette (microwave/fridge only); bathroom with shower, double vanity and WC.

Continental Breakfast provisions available (cereal/tinned fruit/bread/spreads/tea/coffee/sugar/milk).

TV/DVD/VCR/Stereo. BYO decoder for SKY

Two oil-filled electric radiators available for winter heating.

STANDARD RATES: $150.00 per night for two + $25.00 each extra adult

Discount is available if continental breakfast provisions are not required.  Further discount can be achieved if guests provide own linen.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIME: Midday (timings can be negotiated)

LINEN: Bedding/ sheets/towels/handtowels/beach towels provided.

CLEANING: For stays of more than a week, the unit will be cleaned and linen chnaged during your stay.   Towels, handtowels and tea towels will be changed at the mid-week point.

PETS: No

SMOKING: Outside only.

ATTRACTIONS NEARBY:
Short drives to Manu Bay and Whale Bay, Waingaro Hot Springs, Wainui Reserve and Bridal Veil Falls.  Easy walking distance to town beach which has a large, safe play area for children.  Great range of restaurants and cafes in town. Also several  bars and boutique shops.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours before arrival.  Within 48 hours any deposit paid will only be refunded in exceptional circumstances.
